Don't
be misled into thinking that a fancy gym membership or expensive
exercise equipment is a must to improve your physical fitness.
Using your own body weight as resistance you can get a great
workout in the comfort of your bedroom or in a park unless
you are aiming to become a body builder, you probably don't
have a reason to buy exercise equipments or join a gym. You
can do it at your home. All that you must have is good planning
and exercise programs. |
Some
fitness products that sound great on infomercials have limited effectiveness.
For example, abdominal exercise devices don’t really offer
any results beyond those achieved by doing abdominal exercises without
equipment.
Frankly
speaking, the exercises that works are the ones you do with sincerity!
Just enjoy them. In my view, there is actually no equipment to replace
the old school, freehand exercises. They are good and true and work
on the principles of exercise, the way exercises must be done. Do
them. It is a different matter that most of the exercises today
are just some fancy version of what Charles and Jack came up with
in the first place.
