for a sure fire way to get rid of excess weight? Why not try
a regular exercise routine? Exercise is a very effective way
of keeping the body healthy and lean. It is a very beneficial
weight loss method that many physicians recommend. Best of
all it can cost very little since the only thing you need
is your body and some will power. It is important to have
at least a weekly exercise program to keep fit.
Exercise
forces the body to use carbohydrates to compensate for the
energy it uses up. At a certain level when the carbohydrates
have already been consumed the body begins to use its reserves
or fat. Exercise allows weight management by burning calories
and fat through strenuous physical activities. |
Exercises
are best done during mornings. Strenuous physical activities when
done during the morning, sets the pace for the rest of the day.
Exercising in the morning increases metabolism increasing weight
loss long after the actual
exercise.
Popular
belief is that if you would like to lose weight you do cardiovascular
exercises as opposed to weight lifting that will increase muscle
mass. In actuality you need both to have an efficient weight lose
through exercise
program. It is ideal to lift weights for at least 15 minutes before
doing cardio. The reason is that it takes 15 minutes of activity
to get to your fat burning zone or when your body starts burning
fat instead of carbohydrates. This means that if you jog for 45
minutes you will only be burning fat for 30 minutes. If you decide
to lift weights for 15 minutes before running then you would have
burned fat for the whole 45 minutes.

used to regular exercise has other benefits that come as a bonus with
staying in shape. People who exercise regularly tend to be happier; this
is because exercise allows the body to release hormones called endorphins
that make people happy. Regular exercise also builds endurance that keeps
people efficient and allows the body to accomplish basic tasks with ease.
