Hello, I am Alev Absman, and like many of you out there, I have always wanted to have the perfect abs; you know the kind you only see on models and celebrities.
Having had experience with quite a few products, and having lost some money and my time, although in small amounts, I think of myself as someone who can advise you that if you are tired of scoring the internet for some magic wand to get rid of that ugly belly fat but not sure who to ask, don't dash out to pay for a product only because it is billed "the best selling." If you see, I am saying this purely because, there is no such product that could power you to make the bulge on your belly vanish in a short while.

The truth is, there is no dearth of products out in the market today that promise a flat, washboard abs and ripped abdomen in no time at all. Some have become really talked about not because they are any good, but because they have hundreds upon hundreds of people selling them. If this has created all the confusion, blame it on the big cloud of smoke which they worked up to the point where it has become hard to get the facts about a product because everyone and his dog is actually pouncing to sell you something.
Frankly, I am not perturbed by this, As Long As the product Is Really worth Its Money. So, instead of procrastinating, I went ahead with actually buying the top selling fitness product on the internet, The Truth about Six Pack Abs to see for myself if it was all that it has boasted of itself to be.
I have no qualms, so I have decided to tell the truth like it is, so that you can decide on your own. I hope the good, bad and the ugly I've fished out with this program helps you to a make a more balanced decision...for I know how annoying it is to get bombarded with unrelenting sales pitches. Okay, let's jump straight in.

Bonuses I received with Truth About Abs Download
| I received a handful of bonuses but it is because I opted for the deluxe package ($39.95). Apparently, it comes packed with a lot of value, but before breaking out into singing in its praise, I want you to keep in mind that what actually matters is the quality of info that it is supposed to contain, more than anything else. So keeping that in mind, let's step into the world of sexy abs. (By the way, here are the bonuses I received along with my purchase)
FIRST IMPRESSION
Lots of content Let me be frank, I was actually as skeptical the first time I saw the sales page as anybody would be. It appeared as if it were just another of those books out there - a li'l too much of what I call "over promise" I would have said if you asked me at that time. Nonetheless, why I cared to read it actually is because I really had nothing to lose by reading it. After all, this wasn't my first purchase that I was reading and had received a ton of advice from my trainers down at our local gym. But I just happened to lose touch with what the gurus told me because I simply couldn't stick to the routine they preached me (may be because I hardly saw any result). Even then, I was still pretty much convinced that there existed a solution, after all, abs are not hot gases, they are something really gettable as we see it everywhere and just like you, I wanted to know how to get six pack for real. The problem I encountered first was that the ebook is outrageously big. Actually, I was, a sort of, pumped up to get the secret - how to get abs quickly, but didn't understand that I'd have to read so much to get there! He he… Yet, I think that I've got my money's worth and it shows absolutely clearly that the author Mike Geary is not only really knowledgeable about getting abs, general fitness and nutrition, but he has also put in a lot of effort and time into writing this guide. As I went about reading the encouraging intro it became more and more clear that the Truth About Abs program is equally suitable for both men and women; I certainly liked the fact he points out that "You don't have to do all of these exercises and use all of the equipment mentioned in order to get the results that you desire". Now that's good news, because most of us want to have the body but never really find time to get it! In addition, I wasn't a very big gym rat like the most of them out there, so I wanted to understand that I could use this to suit my own preferences and lifestyle. Let's see how it turns out... As you delve into the thick of the guide, you will see that the actual truth about this program is really that you will need some time and discipline, which is only the basic to be expected. Thus if you hear anywhere that it's possible to get abs overnight, I'd certainly love to see how. What this essentially means is that the Truth About Abs is set out to thrash the myths about weight loss and guide you in the direction of right eating and exercising so that it suits your needs. Let's keep in mind that it's not much about becoming a world class body builder, but getting a lean body mass so that your abs show through naturally...from where you can judge if you want to work on the muscle building. This is possibly why the majority of those who buy Truth About Abs Ebook are women...because there is a stress on weight loss in strong contrast to bulking out your body. It sounds sensible, as we all have abs, the problem is all in the fat that covers it. So, in the end, getting that toned stomach boils down to getting rid of that flab.
DOES IT WORK? You bet? It's encouraging...
There are lots of things to get you prepped up before you can actually get into specifics, and even as you think you are ready to get into the actual core, you're faced with a pre-motivational section. I guess this is a great way to put you in the right frame of mind to get the most this course has to offer. Also, as we go on reading this book it becomes clear Mike Geary is determined to make this work for you, by ensuring that you take action and stick to the system. You can't avoid liking him when he writes "There's no such thing a poor genetics, no such thing as 'no time'..." This is precisely what I needed to get started off the block as a beginner and probably what most of us are waiting for someone to tell us, so let's get going...
Time to forget your thoughts about food Let's now move onto nutrition and diets. Mike stresses on the importance of this section being just as important as any workout you'll ever do, if not more. I have got to agree with this even before trying out the program. After all, what good can you expect exercising if you eat thousands of calories a day? This is an intense section and it is amazing to know how much little we know that there is to find out about eating right, but Mike reveals the hard facts about the food industry and what you've been conditioned to believe about fats, sugars, carbs, insulin, whole grain and all those things. This is a real revelation which led me to think over and over about all that I was jamming up my fridges and cupboards with, always under the impression that I wasn't doing anything wrong and in line with what the media and those flashy health magazines would want to me to do. What is amazing is the section on the importance of eating the right fats to make you thinner! I don't know about others but only when I heard of it, I realized how little I knew about nutrition. If you have ever wondered as to why so many fad diets are released every year, you should wait to see how Mike deals about it in great detail and why they are not only duds but also why they can be damaging to your health. For one, I wasn't a fan of diets anyway, but given my experimental nature, I had tried a low carb diet and the Atkins diet earlier but ended up having a host of side effects such as mood swings, upset sleeping habits, reduced concentration levels and sort of aches and pains everywhere. So, if you ask me, it is time you decided against the fad diets...they're really worthless! In the end, the section on diet and nutrition is more than enough to ultimately thrash out the myths about eating correctly, but fortunately it doesn't sound preachy in the sense that it is advising some precise plan or a strict regime. It is practically like learning everything on food and nutrition all over again from scratch, so that you can shop more smartly and eat sensibly without having to munch on rabbit food or lentils. (Download Truth about Abs Free now - pay after 3 weeks) A Lesson on Biology Once you are done with the food and nutrition section (might look like it is never ending, but worth it bearing in mind that it's the basic to weight loss), you'll find yourself in the biology section. The section goes so deep into explaining how abs are formed as to make you sort of feel like you are back in school with all the diagrams and scientific talk! Personally I felt a little bored with so much being told about the technicals of muscle development although I understand its essentiality in the light of the context. I was tempted to skip a few of them through I didn't because it was there that it had critical information about body positioning. As you move on, you will see the following chapters explain the reasons why certain workout routines just don't work, along with recommended exercises. This is exactly where the program begins to get meaty and really kick starts from. Although there's lot of text matter to read up until now, Mike does a wonderful job of laying out the info in a highly structured way that makes sense and flows in the order that you must learn it to make the most of it. Towards the end of 5th chapter we begin to get actual lists of good and bad abs exercises aptly supported by real life pics of Mike performing them. These are quite clear and since they are accompanied by straight forward instructions, it becomes easy to understand what you should be doing too. No sooner than I began doing them at home I saw that there was one that I couldn't do properly at home. It was one of the leg raises as you need to have a pull up bar, which of course I got later on, but you still need sufficient legroom above the bar to get the best of it, otherwise you are constantly haunted by the fear of hitting the ceiling! Actually most of the other abs exercises that are there in the book are pretty easy to do and don't need any fancy equipment at all. Nevertheless, although I could absolutely feel the effect these were having at the time, I couldn't say the exercises alone were anything you've not heard of or seen before. The workout routines With that in mind, after you've passed through the pics and instructions you will encounter the routines which Mike recommends that incorporate these exercises. It's nice that he offers various levels, and as I was ready to get started from Level 2 which I did almost instantly (it shows how impatient I was to get started with).
I would say that the going with early level exercise is pretty easy, but you soon begin to feel the intensity as you read on. You may want to rush it like I did but hold it, they aren't exactly the groundbreaking exercise routines as you might be expecting, but apparently there's still so much more to a lean to get the toned body than what goes on at the gym which you'll see for yourself if you read this book.
Metabolism and calorie burning busted wide
open!
Mike has dedicated a complete section on metabolic training and why there are so many people slogging out hard on treadmills or other cardio exercise machines and still complaining about not getting any results. Often I have spent hours upon hours busting my guts and till reaching my fatigue point, with no result to show but a fat gut. Personally for me, this part of the guide was a real eye opener and I am sure it will be for others too. In fact, the answers are a little more complicated than you would want to think and so get ready for a complex lesson ahead of being shown the kind of exercises that you should be doing. On a side note, one thing I did notice about Mike's book is that you'll get some serious chunk of theory and practice upfront, which is fine if you've nothing against reading it in full and learn, but what you really like is that each of these sections barrage of theories of learning is followed by unambiguous routines that you can just literally pick up and run with instantly. So, although you might be put off by the serious load of content, if you are in a hurry you can skim over some of it and get right into the actual nitty gritties that he lays out at the end of each section. A remarkable round up If you could hold on there and manage to reach chapter 11, you have a pleasant surprise waiting for you with the killer KO of getting a lean body and toned abs where Mike Geary sums everything up you've learned from cardio to weights, attitude to nutrition, leaving you with a really robust system that that the chapter 11 summarizes for total convenience. Mike uses bullet points to sum up the entire technical matter he discussed so far in order to make you "pick it up" instantly; bullet points make referencing them easy. (On my part, I got it printed off at once, you might want to as well). This is precisely where Mike unleashes more advanced full body workouts designed to burn fat from your core system. Again, it’s not that these are new workout routines but approaching them in the exact way Mike teaches, things begin to take off all on their own and you can see the difference from the first day. Why? Because not only are you able to follow one of the most in-depth guides to working out and eating right, but also there is no fluff or hot air here- just solid, real world material from someone who clearly knows what he is talking about. Lastly, you have got some extra tips and an FAQ segment
which is pretty useful, particularly the element about eating after
7pm and what you should/can eat to avoid piling on the pounds.
BAD POINTS... One of the things I think put me off a little at first was the sheer volume of information that I was confronted with after downloading the material. You know, I'm not a big reader and I was kind of restless to get started right across. If I felt compelled to do it, but then it occurred to me that there can also be others who felt the same way too. Even though I would imagine that others would also say that it's simply good value for money and that you should just take it in your stride and jump into action. I still reiterate that there is nothing new about most of the exercises nor are there any specialty, many of them are the ones we all know already. Nevertheless, I must accept that it's got more to do with how these individual workouts are combined into specific routines and nutritional plans, so I don’t think that it's fair to slate the guide on that basis alone. Besides all this, the only other thing I think would
have been better is that it would have served better is presented in
either an audio or a video format. This is purely my personal opinion,
but I still think that it would make for better learning, particularly
if you're not a big fan of reading. So, in my opinion, you can do better
if you print out the entire book right away instead of trying to read
it all from your computer every time you want to reference it. GOOD POINTS... I must say that the guidance on nutritional part is much more than just an eye opener, almost like a life changer. I am aware that it sounds implausible and hypey, but the whole mystery about why is it so difficult to lose weight and maintain it suddenly becomes a little clearer only when you see the truth about what you should and shouldn't feed yourself with. The value you get for your money is incredible, especially considering all those bonus material you receive. Actually, if you follow the book properly and make a conscious effort to see it through for a reasonable time, you probably will not even need the bonus guides. After the initial few weeks, I'm truly pleased with the results so far. I can feel changes mentally more than anything, but certainly the scales are starting to drop bit by bit (so far I've lost about 7lbs and I didn't even visited the gym yet!) and that's awesome for me. I guess I can hit my goals of being proud to stroll
across the beaches the next summer provided I follow Mike's advice on
goal setting and motivation. I wasn’t exactly overweight when
I started this program, but a few stones extra and always feeling low
and drained, so the goal of losing those additional couple of pounds
is far more imminent than anytime ever. WHO DOES IT SUIT ACTUALLY? I believe this product suits those who have the drive than those who only hit the gym after Christmas. I guess you must have a true desire to lose weight, get fit and get a six pack. Even though the workout routines are clearly targeted at getting six pack abs, you’ve got to realize that it essentially is all about losing weight and sustaining muscle mass instead of losing muscle like some fad diets will make you do. I would probably advise you to stay clear of this book if you hate reading to any extent. Although I sound a bit harsh for saying it, I sincerely feel that if you aren’t ready to pick up the truth by way of reading a fair bit of info, then this product is not for you. But I must also add, in the same breath, that I have watched a fair amount of videos on weight loss and abs but found that none of them covering the info that Mike Geary does in his book The Truth about Six pack Abs. So you've got to decide for yourself that – are you avoiding it because you don't like reading or do you just bite the bullet and learn some solid, groundbreaking information on weight loss? For those of you willing to apply themselves (Download full-fledged trial version now - pay after 3 weeks) and give themselves an opportunity to change their lives, this guide is really the most comprehensive and solid advice on getting fit, with a lean and toned body all round. Sometimes I wonder whether this guide could have simply been about "The Truth about Weight Loss" because in essence that's what you'll discover. Evidently, once you begin losing weight whilst maintaining your vigor and blood sugar levels, you'll not only feel great mentally but you'll start to see those abs pushing through pretty quickly indeed. Click here to download now - pay after 21 days! (No payment, no risk now) SUMMARY Certainly, the Truth about Abs is not for the feint hearts. Do not buy it if you're not prepared to change your old ways and sit up first to learn the truth. The fact is, this guide is a monster that comes with so much information that you could spend days reading it before even getting started. But the truth is that right from the very beginning, where Mike explains the significance of mindset in the first chapter, you know that you are not only going to learn about fundamental lessons that will allow you to finally start shifting excess fat and toning up, but you're also going to learn things that will stay with you for life. In other words, this isn't just another quick fix book on "exercising” but is a complete U-Turn on what you imagined you knew about eating right (not dieting and definitely not eating less), along with one of the highly comprehensive plans to working out the right way, not the hard way. I am working out a few of the routines while sticking with Mike's advice on nutrition as much as I can for a few weeks now. I must admit that it's not easy to give up on your old habits in a snap, which probably tells why Mike really stresses on the significance of your mindset right from the day one, even before you get started. I am losing my weight slowly, but more to the point, actually I feel more revitalized and confident. I don’t actually see how you might fail to get your six pack abs (or at the very least a lean body) using this system. I confess that I may not apply everything that I pick up from the guide because I simply hate going down to the gym so regularly, but to be frank, it still leaves about 90% of the course which I can still do from the comfort of my home. You might have to purchase a few cheapish pieces of equipment if you happen to decide to do everything at home, things like a pull up bar, a medicine ball and some floor grips if possible. Definitely, there is no need for a full fledged home gym to make this work for you, just pick out the things that doesn't ask for gym equipment and you'll be ready. The main advantage of this program is the nutrition
and general eating advice. It was completely shook the hell out of me
when I figured out how misled the general public is, and once you've
assimilated what Mike explains, you could probably lose a lot more weight
just by adopting this one advice...without working out!
